    The digital transformation - a new brand strategy for CalConIn times of digital transformation CalCon's goal was to transform into the digital leader in the real estate sector. We created a new vision, implemented a multistage marketing campaign and change in the B2B Communication. The result: CalCon Connects It is the base of a long-term strategy to create digital awareness in a conventional industry and ensure the coginition as a market leader in digital property management. Employer branding was one of the key factors for success.

    The digital transformation: CalCon LoungeDigital transformation in the conventional real estate sector With the new brand focus as digital leader in real estate a new event concept was born: CalCon Lounge. A very personal, emotional event with Sneak Previews, networking and speakers focussing digital awareness - only for 50 hand-picked visitors.   • FIBO 2016 - the new sales concept
    FIBO 2016 - the new sales conceptOne concept, two brands. A very customer-focused approach to increase visitors' time and focus on the implementation of the products. By implementating more space to connect with the brand and staff and decrease shown products customers could feel the spirit of eGym. Stand parties were increased from one to three, specific customer presentations about connecting eGym to the gym and serving healthy drinks throughout the day increased the spent visitors time.
