As a sales assistant I am involved with selecting styles for the coming season and excel at assisting customers with their personal style choices. I handle the money and take part in the overall running of the small business, thereby developing my business acumen. I used my initiative to introduce a marketing strategy to the business through social media which has since generated additional revenues; I continue to run this aspect of the business.

Out of 30 students I won a work placement, with my design work. The head designer chose my work for it’s strong and successful colour palette and my innovative use of materials. I worked on CAD, organising sample books and developed colour palettes for new designs.
Work produced was considered to be of a high and professional standard.
