Responsible for roll-out of Sky Box Sets brand followed by ongoing strategy, planning and delivery of campaigns to drive demand for it. • Coordinating and overseeing quarterly plans across all RTMs, working with Commercial teams to agree and manage annual targets and budgets (up to £15m) • Liaising with Strategy & Insight teams to understand customer insights and forge relevant propositions and messaging for campaigns leading to media and creative agency briefings • Line management, including development, of Marketing Executive to deliver campaigns including TV, OOH, press, DM, email and online display • Product management to ensure all marketing is aligned and on brand • Owner of media and creative agency relationship and retainers • Ensuring all relevant stakeholders (senior management, legal, studios etc.) are bought into brand and marketing activity
Responsible for delivering new customer communications for launch of Auto Enrolment, a government initiative to improve pension management across the UK. • Coordinating customer research and subsequent customer journeys to determine communication strategy • Recommending and developing communications material with creative agency and print houses • Liaising with PR and Internal Comms teams to deliver relevant announcements leading up to launch • Attending and feeding into weekly working groups • Training and mentoring new recruits
