I'm an Experience Designer passionate for creating products, services and interactive experiences through a human-centred approach. I previously worked in interdisciplinary and international teams at Whirlpool and Intelbras, designing a variety of projects, such as home appliances, telephones, electronic security products and software. My focus has always been on understanding users’ needs and on creating different ways to push products beyond their core functions.

A series of workshops on Trend Report design and execution. This activity shared examples of exploratory research showing how emerging trends can influence particular audiences and brands. The analysis of the research material allowed the group to design future scenarios as well as innovative products and services. More than 250 people have joined the 11 workshops hosted in 7 different cities. http://www.nos.vc/pt/users/565-mabel-lazzarin#projects
