• Helping prepare stores for Stock Takes. • Looking at system discrepancies. • Liaising with the company depot to locate missing stock relating to deliveries. • Informing other departments in the company of any store specific issues. • Making manual adjustments on stores stock files, using the cims system. • Maintaining logs of all manual adjustments made. • Cross referencing potential system issues on Red Prairie systems. • Visit stores and performing stock counts to ensure their stock file was correct. • Creating, implementing and reviewing processes. • Planning and booking stock takes with external agencies. • Testing and developing reports in order to gain a deeper insight into sales and refunds relating to store performances. • Carrying out investigations into store losses.
