Developing original print designs from inspiration developed with designer. Including repeat prints, embroidery prints, trims, screen-prints, embossing and border prints. Selling Collateral Preparing Selling Books for all four brands under a tight time period. Preparing and proofing production pages for each season. Styling, photographing and clear cutting all garments and products for each season, on a mannequin or stand alone in the studio. Laying up the wholesale publication in a harmonious way depending on the mood and season of the collection. Visual Merchandising Creating and implementing fresh visual merchandising in-store at retail outlets. Developing eye catching store signage for new retail outlets or updating the old. Window Decals from creative through to production and instalment. Develop a new concept during the holiday season for in-store visual merchandising to run along side the online store and social media channels. Advertising, Promotion and Marketing Artwork Create advertisements for magazine advertising including setting up files based on magazine requirements. Managing and creating strategies to market certain garments and products through target ads and email marketing. Results Driven – Working with the sales and retail team analytics – evolving e-marketing strategies based on sales successes. Creating, proofing and executing EDM’s for the four brands 3 times a week depending the that particular weeks agenda. Designing and managing the production of all other marketing collateral for example: Postcards, Billboards, Invitations. Working with digital and off-set prints. Branding Development of new logo’s for Trelise Cooper & Holy Chic, including updating the seeing tag and garment labels. Ensuring that the brand voice and visuals are truly representative to the brand guidelines and ethos. Social Media Management Oversee the planning, development, curation, and distribution of all content for the 5 brands across Trelise Cooper Group including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Spotify etc. Design and continuously evolve social media and influencer strategy to increase Trelise Cooper Group’s brand awareness, familiarity and consideration. Work cross-functionally ensuring social media supports and is thoughtfully integrated into all online and store campaigns. Ensure brand voice guides content and social media strategy. Manage external relationships with social media platforms, agencies and social media management tool companies. Develops ideas and continuous testing culture. Uses data to inform strategic decisions. Sound knowledge of social media channels incl. trends, analytics, best practices and paid media possibilities within social channels. Write, schedule and coordinate daily social media posts across all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. Use social analytics tool to deliver weekly reports on social growth and engagement
