  • I have so far spent 3 years at Polydor as part of the digital team, progressing from DMM to the most senior member of the team, managing my fellow team members. I have worked across domestic and international artists such as Years & Years, Shura, Demi Lovato, Kendrick Lamar, Madonna and Mabel. Recently I have also started managing the marketing side of campaigns on various projects Main responsibilities and achievements include: • Planning and implementation of integrated and exciting digital marketing campaigns • Coordinating the relationship between the label and digital partners such as Spotify, VEVO, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Shazam amongst others • Consistently securing top level digital campaigns such as VEVO LIFT and Spotify Spotlight for my artists • Strategy behind streaming and securing support from digital business partners • Overseeing external social media managers to deliver the most innovative and exciting social campaigns possible • Representing the label in central digital meetings and label meetings • Managing a team consisting of social managers, designers and fellow digital marketeers • Working alongside the Product Managers to optimise digital advertising plans • Being at the forefront of using new apps and technology in the digital marketing space • Management of artists CRM communications • Generating revenue for the company by managing strategy behind fan tour presales • Coordinating the build of all artist websites and other apps / tools • Managing the bespoke communication around the selling of D2C products and artist merch • Weekly / daily analysis and insight of artist data.

  • Social media and channel management role looking after campaigns for Syco / Sony Music for artists including One Direction, Little Mix and Labrinth. My role also includes overseeing the work of my colleagues on the music team and being the point person to attend all in-house label meetings Main responsibilities and achievements include: • Day to day management of all artist online properties as well as CRM communications • In depth campaign planning on a weekly, 6 weekly and single / album basis • Responsible for generating creative and innovative digital campaign ideas on both a micro and large scale • Representing the agency at all key management, label and artist meetings • Artist social/ digital training and consultation • Integral to the implementation of global digital campaigns eg. One Direction • Weekly reporting and monitoring of artist performance and growth metrics • Overseeing my colleagues work output and responsible for them maintaining a consistent standard

  • Coordinated, planned and implemented social media campaigns for a range of domestic and international music projects such as JLS, Beyoncé, Sade, Chrisina Aguilera and The Wanted. During my time at the company I have progressed from intern to Campaign Manager, working within the Sony RCA offices but also managing campaigns for artists from all the major labels. Main responsibilities and achievements include: • Independently managing and implementing bespoke creative social media campaigns integrated within broader marketing strategies • Being part of award winning and industry recognised campaigns (JLS- winner of 2 BT DMA Awards, included in the Sandbox best campaigns of the year and Souncloud blog 2012 highlights) • Managing artists social profiles, online identity and communication with online audiences • Devising original video content ideas that generated 1000’s of views for the artist • Managing artist websites content eg. for JLS the most trafficked Sony UK artist website • Managing CRM strategy for artists including the scheduling of communications and the delivery of creative content ideas. • Coordinating the delivery of social applications and developments • Writing successful proposals and pitches for new business • Assisted in organising fan events and one-off offline launches eg.
