As the business evolved my role developed and I became more client facing. I set up initial meetings with new and existing clients (all in the luxury goods and experience sector), briefed the wider team and delegated out tasks to the relevant departments. Prior to project kick off I would schedule the work and ensure realistic deadlines were established for the studio and the client. I was the main point
of contact for 100+ clients, managing their expectations with frequent check-ins. Another key responsibility was quality control of design layouts and proof reading content for all print and web projects before final submission. I collaborated with Designers, Web Developers, Photographers, Digital Advertisers, Marketeers and Printers. As a senior team member, I was also the line manager for Junior Designers, Interns and our Apprentice. I also maintained much of the responsibilities from my previous Marketing position within the company (see below) and prepared presentations for project proposals and pitches for new work.
