Design Room Manager
Assistant to the Creative Director this was a dual role- design assistant and personal assistant.
Design assistant: managing the design process and ensuring timeline is maintained, communicating design details to suppliers, approving and sending approval comments for all elements of each design, trend forecasting research, fabric sourcing, print sourcing, developing and editing basic print designs, generating CAD drawings of designs, creating specification packs for suppliers, ad hoc reporting, managing design team appointments and deadlines.
Personal assistant to Creative director; arranging appointments with suppliers and other departments, following through with directives for PR and marketing, online merchandising and merchandise planning, managing design team appointments and deadlines.
