About me

I’m Madison, an experienced Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator from Christchurch, now based in London. As a multi-disciplinary designer, I have proven to be invaluable for the growth of QuinnSullivan (who held the right to DYRBERG/KERN New Zealand), through my meticulous attention to detail, natural creative flair, strategic thinking and dedication to the company. I have been involved in a range of projects - both online, print and VIP customer event management providing a huge increase in brand recognition and volume in sales. I am extremely passionate about all things design and I love being challenged. I thrive in busy, collaborative environments that allow me to challenge myself delivering results with excellence and proficiency across disciplines - Graphic Design, Typography, Branding, PR and Marketing . I am excited and eager to further progress my career in London with the vast opportunities it has to offer.

  • QuinnSullivan are the official New Zealand importers of the Danish, Designer jewellery label DYRBERG/KERN. As the lead Designer, I used my multi disciplined design background to generate ideas, design and execute eye catching and dynamic online and print content. These often included EDM’s, brand adverts, magazine styling editorials, event invitations, in-store point of sale and styling, product catalogues, club emails, social media content and website content. My time management skills played a crucial part in ensuring all deadlines were met and exceeded with excellence. Other responsibilities included: - Growing online sales. This was achieved by managing the SEO, database, producing enticing emails and continuously designing, developing and updating the website forecasting trends. Over the 3 years, the website sales increased by over 100% and the database grew while achieving a 45% opening rate, slashing the industry average. - Growing an online footprint and management of social media accounts. This included inspiring our target audience with creative photography, design and copy while following the international brand guidelines. Head office were known to use my work in their global marketing campaigns. - Managing advertising placements and bookings. Regularly maintaining PR contacts along with major stylists proved invaluable, I was able to negotiate free placements and discounted rates. - Discovering trends and interviewing new talent to feature in social media and blogs. - Generating press releases for events and upcoming new product releases. - Creating and managing VIP events while communicating and organising staff.
