As a successful manager with a broad background and a wealth of experience in developing and delivering innovative programs that increase revenues. For example, in my current position as Account Director, i was responsible for developing various campaigns for clients like Jaguar Land Rover,HP, Sesame Street , Levis.My role was diverse and i catered to different verticals for different clients. Campaigns varied from print, TV, online and outdoors. Also have organized dealers summit, dealer related events for some of my clients
Also i was instrument in successful implementation of production plan for Jaguar-Land Rover India called CMD, similar to CRM.
And in my previous organization in Print Industry as Business Manager I successfully introduced a new sales concept 100% Green wall paper environmental friendly designed by the name ‘MyWall' to optimize sales calls reducing center costs whilst remaining environmental friendly. I not only looked after client servicing, I helped my team in developing various types of innovative POS and print materials to enhance the sales and marketing performance. For this i have got various awards as well. I have been a part of few summits and events as well. My success has been defined by my strong analysis skills, solid business instincts, considerable practical experience, and ability to rally staff around a common goal. In addition, my communications skills are top notch, and I am quick to recognize and address project disconnects when they arise, expertly keeping programs on-track. I joined as a Group Account Manager, and after my performance I was promoted to the position of Account Director. I had a team of 6 people working with me

Responsibilities:
• I used to take brief from the client, and share it with my creative team to work on the same and deliver on time
• Adhere to guidelines
• Post getting the work complete by the creative team, I used to brief the production team on the same
• Getting approvals from various channel partners before releasing the artwork.
• Coordination with the Media agency for MR (material requisition), and get the adaptations done in the sizes as per the MR
• To explore new ideas with the client, and get them transformed in to reality
• Through execution with collective efforts by creative team.
• To work as trouble shooter by applying my printing experience to the interest of

• Negotiations with the printers on critical timelines and tight cost pitching.

Achievements
• Successfully launched campaigns for Jaguar Land Rover India. Campaigns consisted of Print, Outdoor, TVC and Events, Online Media and POS elements
• Launched various campaigns for HP India like HPCM Connect Music, HP festival campaign. HP Event in various educational institutions. Apart from this took care of there regular projects
• Was leading the Iphone6 & 6s launch pan India. The project consisted of creating some new creative for Indian Market, adapting some creative and make sure they were within the guidelines. The campaign consisted of Print, Outdoor, Radio and POS elements
• Won Pepsi and Government of India account for the company. Increased the revenue from JLR and HP by upselling them our various services as well.
• Achieved the target set for JLR and HP
• Created and adapted different artworks of Levis according to their projects
• Look after the language translations of episodes for Sesame Street.
• Print, Outdoor and TVC campaigns for Pernod Ricard which had brands like Absolut, Chivas regal 18, Chivas 12, Glendifich to name a few.
• Won the pitch for Coffee Table Book for Government of India. We created the entire book, which comprised of Tea, Coffee and Spices. My team and me did extensive research regarding the content of the book. It was launched by the Prime Minister of India
• Team leader for a new product launch called “Sting” for Pepsi. Made creative and research material to carry out the first stage.
