About me

 

During the College and University I have always worked for Museums and Events related to culture and entertainment. I gained some curiosity for tourism in recent years, instead I have always had a significant propensity for the Hospitality. I studied Art History, and then I became a Tour Leader and Guide. I also worked in Sales field, building a strong working experience in customer service. All these experiences have allowed me to develop strong organizational and managerial skills. I study the details of the brand I work for, I have passion and enthusiasm on promoting and I’m the spokesman of the company values, obtaining always excellent results and sales increases wherever I work. I have made some small market analysis on foreign customers to understand how could entice more to travel around southern Italy and how to build their routes, places to visit and stories to know. My goal is that the traveler brings with if something, especially when the trip is over, when it's time to go home. I usually build my team and drive it to achieve the required results. I like taking the initiative to create new challenges. I like taking the initiative to create new challenges. I have experience in forming, managing and motivating a team professionally, especially in the approach with the client, asking to communicate with them in absolutely genuine and respectful way looking at the person before to look at the customer, always providing top quality services. I have not a Leadership oriented to command end in itself but rather an empathetic form to approach with my Team. This makes me open to "feel", predict and manage in advance of any stressful situations.
