• Researching new venues and assisting with development of the client base world-wide • Collating data of venues from websites and artist’s community networks, and from this sending rosters to venues • Assisting with presentations, artist pitch documents and representation agreements • Proofing copy for web and social • Assisting with daily news pieces for the MN2S Agency and MN2S Talent websites • Providing support to the MN2S Label Group, including researching for new artist mixes for the MN2S Podcast • Checking on logistics, including distances between locations and travel time • Searching and collating tracks for live artists’ flash players • General office duties including answering phones, taking messages, preparing the meeting room for staff and clients
• Assisting with the overall running of shows • Attending festivals and events conducting broadcasts and Vox Pops • In charge of all social media platforms and regular check-ins • Assisting in the organisation and promotion of the stations events and parties • Editing daily shows on Fission for online upload • Holding pre show production meetings with other presenters • Delivering an events segment in conjunction with the shows Facebook page • Scouting undiscovered talent through events and social media, through this conducting live interviews on air • Providing a platform for DJs and producers to showcase their work by editing each show and uploading onto the official Soundcloud Page • Creating content for each broadcast through research and interviews
• Project management of key marketing campaigns for both in-sore and online marketing • Working with an external agency to implement an effective PR strategy and seasonal press launch • Key stakeholder in the planning and organisation of major trade and consumer shows in the UK and America • Liaising with the in house graphic designer to ensure end-to-end process of retail point of sale is executed in line with key launch dates • Content creation for e-commerce, social media and print marketing materials to ensure the tone and feel of the brand is communicated throughout • Working directly with e-commerce photography agencies, managing the end-to-end product photography process • Working with third parties to art direct seasonal campaign shoots • Implementing and forecasting annual marketing budgets • Collaborating with the product, merchandising and graphic design teams to brief all marketing materials for web and print
• Completing team administration tasks such as filing and invoicing • Communicating with third party agencies on behalf of the marketing team • Attending company meetings and taking minutes from meetings to report back to the department • Sole ownership of all social media platforms, implementing a seasonal social media strategy to coincide with the master marketing calendar supporting online promotions, competitions and events. • Regular online and high street competitor shops and management of the competitor matrix to ensure the awareness of market activity • Recording all marketing spend by logging PO requests on a live spend tracker • In charge of all PR and social product gifting
