- For ApprovalWe've nearly always got an 'internal' project of some sort on the go. The usual story goes something like this - "We're a bit quiet, let's start an internal project". We think of something (we think is) amazing, we get excited but then a paying project comes along and the time luxury suddenly evaporates. 3 months later we look at what we were doing and think, "no that's crap/boring/dated" and move on to the next thing. Rinse and repeat. With For Approval we were determined to break that cycle.
- Kiss TV IdentsMainframe were recently invited by Box Plus Network to create a series of idents for their music channel Kiss TV. With Kiss being at the forefront of Music TV in the U.K. the brief for the idents was to create something innovative, visually stunning and different to anything else on UK TV screens. We pushed the boundaries in terms of look and feel with these idents. Spending large amounts of time doing research and development, particularly in new forms of procedural animation, gave us tools we needed to create something truly original. The Box Plus team were particularly supportive of this experimental way of working and hopefully the results are worth the effort everyone put into the project. There are four main strands that pay homage to the synergy between fashion and music, each intertwined with a distinctive party mood: bling, club, pop and urban that also reflect the range of the channel’s music policy.

- HARRODS CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGNHARRODS ‘WRAPPED’ The Harrods ‘Wrapped’ concept was based on celebrating the magic of gifting a present at Christmas. By creating a wrapping paper design using historic moments and the store’s architecture, a unique pattern was created. The design was then expanded across all elements of the store, from window displays, entrances, bags, hampers, gift guides, digital screen network, dot com and digital platforms using animation. - Hannibal Season 3 Sony Television Global CampaignThis was the global campaign sent out around the territories for the launch of the 3rd series of Hannibal starring Mads Mikkelsen and Hugh Dancy. Through Creative Nuts and Mainframe London, we created the 3D graphic opener and endboards, as well as the visual high speed chase through the character Will Grahams nighmarish relationship with Dr Hannibal Lecter. My London team of 4 including in myself then edited the 60s and 30s spots for the 1st 4eps, mid season and season finale. The 45s teaser
