As a project coordinator at MATCHESFAHION.COM I have been involved across all aspects of project delivery, from the initial strategic ideation and research to building and delivering the final product. Key aspects of this role have included:
• Briefing creative and technical assets to our in-house and external teams, as well as overseeing
the production of this content.
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders from all departments and levels of the organisation.
• Cost and revenue forecasting.
• In depth reporting and data analysis to inform decision making and measure project success.
• Project planning and prioritisation using agile methodology with the help of JIRA, Trello
and Smart Sheet.
