I am a pro-active and experienced project coordinator currently working at MATCHESFASHION.COM, a fast-paced luxury fashion business. Directing and collaborating with the creative, tech and e-commerce teams, I have led the delivery of a large-scale customer acquisition and retention project due to launch Q1 2019.
As a project coordinator at MATCHESFAHION.COM I have been involved across all aspects of project delivery, from the initial strategic ideation and research to building and delivering the final product. Key aspects of this role have included: • Briefing creative and technical assets to our in-house and external teams, as well as overseeing the production of this content. • Liaising with multiple stakeholders from all departments and levels of the organisation. • Cost and revenue forecasting. • In depth reporting and data analysis to inform decision making and measure project success. • Project planning and prioritisation using agile methodology with the help of JIRA, Trello and Smart Sheet. • Creative problem solving.
I am the Co-chair of one of MATCHESFASHION.COM’s employee action groups, The Philosophers, created in partnership with Eco Age. The Philosophers group focuses on inclusivity and diversity in the workplace. This covers a range of topics, from mental health awareness to championing flexible working. As a co-chair of the Philosophers, I host a monthly forum where employees from across the business can voice their concerns and ideas for the business - this feedback is then collated and brought back to the executive team to implement real and lasting change. During my time as co-chair, I have helped to implement the following: - Summer Fridays (early finishes on a Friday during July and August) - Wellness Week takeover
