I started at Splice as a Hospitality Coordinator and was promoted to Reception. In this role I am the first point of contact for all Splice clients. Ensuring any new clients are greeted in a professional and friendly manner and given an orientation of the facility, as well as making sure they are taken care of at all times. I assist post producers with schedules, quotes and bookings. My other main responsibilities include: - Answering phones and dealing with enquiries. - Administration, monitoring and managing the Splice expense account. - Using Paxton Net2 securing software to issue fobs for members of staff and clients and ensuring the correct access levels are given to provide the highest level of security across our facilities. - Managing the meeting room booking schedule. - Organising transportation of materials via courier and client transportation. - Responding to client and Producer enquiries (both private and professional). - Dispatching and Librarian duties: ensuring all media that enters and leaves the company is logging and dispatched correctly and efficiently. Liaising with Ingest, CTA and Producers to keep track of all media incoming and outgoing needs. - Recharging clients and creating invoices for meals, couriers, phone calls and printing, ensuring VAT and service charge are added when applicable. - Assisting with company events.
