I am an experienced agile product manager with a 7-year background in Digital/AdTech, a natural problem-solver and forward-thinker, passionate about technology, innovation and making a difference. What I bring with me is an array of commercial-tech skills and knowledge, a highly analytical and technical mindset, combined with an advanced EQ and the ability to bring out a team’s greatness.
Accomplishment I am proud of: As a natural collaborator and “on-my-feet thinker”, I substantially increased transparency, productivity and collaboration amongst the development team within only 2 weeks of joining HooYu, proven by the feedback I received from the CEO, product director, and lead engineer. I continue to implement tools and practices to establish a high performing international agile team of 11. I also project manage a complete revamp of a consumer facing web application, and I have ownership of a business portal, a backend UI, another internal web application, and an application utilising machine learning.
Ownership of product areas: 3rd party data integrations including data management platforms, platform (UI/UX) improvements, mobile and creative solutions. Led the migration of a key data partner integration (from SFTP to API) achieving product KPI.
Effectively recognised and took advantage of the company’s capabilities leading a crucial data integration with a selected tech start-up, working with internal data engineers and analysts, and thereby launching a first-to-market reporting feature for data-driven personalised ads. Released a first-to-market data feature; defined and managed a brand new roadmap for Creative featuring effective A/B testing and data-driven, user-centric personalization. Established Creative Solutions as a new function and delivered programmatic dynamic creative as a new product leading to incremental revenue of over £1m monthly.
