About me
For the past 10 years, I have worked in Cambuslodge UK Ltd, a care home for adults with learning difficulties. My first role was Residential Support Worker. I have progressed through the business and am now the HR Admin/Deputy Manager. Some of my duties are to follow the recruitment process, supervise the staff, coordinating annual leave, monitor sick leave, organise new hire on-boarding. I am also responsible for rolling out an HR system (Bright HR), talent management processes and I have also led the GDPR implementation.
