Working with the Creative Director as part of the Creative & Marketing management team to develop the Evans brand's seasonal strategies and creative vision with a multi-channel approach and manage the Creative team. • Ensure the successful implementation of the brand strategy in store, through windows, VM treatments, and design applications for 260 stores across the UK and over 80 stores internationally. • Design window schemes, develop store interiors and research materials and new technologies. • Manage, organise and nurture the head office Creative team and field VMs. • Lead the Visual Communications Manager to ensure the guidelines and best practise are communicated effectively across the business and appropriately give feedback. • Working with the Marketing and PR departments to shape and brief seasonal multi-channel campaigns from conception to delivery, as well as fashion shows, special events and conferences both in stores and external venues. • Present and feedback creative ideas and trends gathered from external research and inspiration travels, giving a cool hunting service to the Creative and Design teams. • Working with the Store Design team to shape and develop new fixtures, store concepts and shop-fits to ensure the brands continually moves forward. • Working with the Group Procurement team in order to ensure maximum value for money is achieved in print, production and props for creative projects. • Liaising with International partners on store layout and design and organise overseas visits. • Model Store: liaise with the Buying, Merchandising and Design departments in order to curate the various visual merchandising solutions and creative to kick off each season, ensuring all creative work and collateral fits into the work palettes, customer target and the range of products. • Presenting and pitching creative ideas, solutions and projects to Group Board, CEO and Chairman.
