After working for the Groupon’s Southern Europe Region business for more than four years, I'd love to make a change by focusing my dedication, along with my relevant skills and experience, to what is my greatest passion: music and event management. At Groupon I’ve been Head of 3 vertical functions, inventing from scratch the related structures, procedures and metrics: • promoted from Deputy Area Manager to Head of Account Management and Lead Generation Italy (reporting directly to the CEO) in 8 months; • promoted to Strategic Planning Manager in less than one year; • promoted to Head of Lead Management & Merchant Research Southern Europe in less than 3 years. During my career in this pressure cooker business environment I’ve gathered a strong international experience in Sales Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Operations, Project Management and Cross-Team Coordination.
