As an assistant to the programme manager for Learning & Professional Development, I worked on social media outreach for masterclasses and screenings under the SUPERLUX banner. My internship coincided with Glasgow Film Festival and Glasgow Short Film Festival, which LUX Scotland was involved with on the programme side, and it gave me insight into how a distributor/exhibitor like LUX Scotland works with other organisations. I also worked on the new SUPERLUX membership website, by updating the back catalogue of resources (reading lists and documentation of events) which is an important document of LUX Scotland's outreach activities. This internship strengthened my digital skills in website management, audio and photo editing, writing copy, as well as general office administration skills.

Course has given me excellent research skills, time management skills and organisation skills.
