Client Relationship Management: primary liaison for client website/gallery and after sales queries. ? Social Media: manage the gallery’s marketing and Social Media (advertising on Facebook, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Twitter, Instagram and other communications tools). ? Artist Liaison: Managed the gallery’s relationship with certain artists, maintaining contracts, consignments and payments. ? Events Management: Responsible for organisation of monthly First Thursdays event at the gallery and private views, e.g. coordinated and managed all aspects of the launch of the gallery in London for 800 high profile guests. ? Gallery Management: Running day to day operations of the gallery including management of all business accounts and accounting; recruitment of Gallery Director, Sales Associates, Gallery Assistants and Graphic Designers.
