About me
I have an absolute passion for Photography, Fashion and the Arts and am qualified to Level 5 in Photography as well as a proven ability to control and manage a wide variety of administrative responsibilities.
In brief, I have 10 years excellent experience working for Silverprint Ltd, a leading London stockist and distributor of photography materials. In my most recent position, I worked as Online Product Manager responsible for managing and uploading product information/images to the company website. This was a role that required the ability to work on my own initiative and I am very comfortable working autonomously. I was also responsible for managing the company’s database, archiving images and managing stock. I have an excellent technical ability and am an expert user of analogue and digital cameras with a good command of the latest developments in the world of photography so would be able to relate well to the agency’s client base.
Each of my roles has required strong time management, organisation and administrative skills and I have built an excellent reputation for getting things done to the delight of both clients and management by going the extra mile. I am happy carrying out ‘behind the scenes’ tasks to support the smooth running of a business and have excellent IT skills including Mac and PC, Microsoft Office and Photoshop software.
I have relished living and working in London for over 10 years and as such have a good knowledge of the latest influences and trends in the Arts arena. On a personal note, I was born in the USA and previously worked as a Photographer’s Assistant in New York. I have recently qualified as a Brazilian Portuguese translator with the Chartered Institute of Linguists, London.
