- Leader of #QueroIR that is a new project of Ingresso Rápido coming out soon. This project involves branding, digital content, media, press office, events, partnerships and financial actions. - Contribution in the area of media performance in specific actions of the marketing team, as an example, openings of international shows. - Co-responsible for strategic partnerships for Ingresso Rápido, since the decision making to the feasibility.
- Management of mobile metrics; - Customer satisfaction by answering all comments at Play Store; - Mobile's content NPS (Net Promoter Score) reviews in all quarters; - Improvement of mobile apps (iOS and Android) such as generating an offline QRCode, installment payment. - iOS: tickets on Wallet app. - Communications activities such as push notifications to create an relationship between Ingresso Rápido and customers: - Last Minute Buy - Cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro - Top 10 week best seller events - Only happens this weekend - Lead of AcessoRápido (QRcode reader) product;
- Execution and monitoring of events assigned to partners and customers of Enterprise and Corporate Accounts segments; - Planning and execution of successes cases from customers’ experiences; - Management of consume metrics. Extra: Participation in Consumer Channels Group project – Shadow a Promoter.
- Creation and development of a new dashboard to monitor the team’s scorecard; - Management of two sales’ metrics; - Demonstrations of Microsoft’s productivity solutions at customers. Extra: Internships’ Project - Onboarding para FTE’s. Project assigned to welcome the new hires of Microsoft. It was based on Microsoft’s interns when were hired by the company. The project was split in some steps: Onboarding with Microsoft’s Leadership Team speeches, online and presential trainings and kit “New Hire”. The theme was chosen by the people pillar of Microsoft’s FY15. Developed the project other 4 interns from different areas.
