-Demonstrating professional skills in Visual Merchandising (product display skills, mannequin styling and placing, understanding of layout interpretation and fixture placement, working with light) -Ability to implement and execute the windows and marketing in store to a high standard, working with Head Office guidelines and building props for the windows -Assisting visual manager and store manager while planning the workload in line with key marketing activity (new flow, markdowns, promotions), partnership with the store head management to influence key marketing decisions and strategies to drive sales - Working with product reports and demonstrating ability to spot opportunities to influence visual decisions in store, monitoring of sales process, progress and results -Maintaining awareness of competition and reacting appropriately through visual solutions -Have expert product knowledge and brands insight, sales team training. Constantly updating team with relevant product knowledge -Follow direction/guidance from Visual Manager and District Visual Coordinator. Meeting deadlines for daily and weekly tasks against company direction and the needs of the business. -Motivation in achieving highest individual and store targets
