- Your body your rulesBody hair... Why are we so obsessed with it on women? Why do we turn our noses up at something that's so natural? Why is the thought of hairy pits and voluminous pubes so abhorrent? Society likes to sell us an ideal based on keeping us small. Nobody has the right to comment or shame you on the choices you make for your body. Honestly, if you want to remove every hair on your body, go for it, it's your body. Same goes if you want to live as nature intended. Your body, your rules.

- Don't tell me to smileSmile, it can't be that bad... How many times have you heard this? Had it yelled at you across the street? Listened to your boss in a performance review? Had a coworker think it's funny? Most of us are just trying to go about our day without commentary from others on our bodies or telling us to smile. We're socialized to think we exist for the male gaze, but the truth is we're not here to please anyone but ourselves. No one has autonomy over your body but you. How you exist is your business.
