About me
Experienced project manager specialising in digital, passionate about bringing the power of creativity to tackle social and environmental issues. Easily adaptable with strong analytic skills, I can lead the strategic planning and delivery of varied projects from microsite and app builds through podcast & film production, experiential campaigns, to sustainability strategies. I’ve had the opportunity to lead projects for a wide range of organisations, both in house and agency-side including H&M, IKEA, Virgin Media, John Lewis, PepsiCo, international NGOs such as C40 and Forum for the Future, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and building strong and effective rapports.
Work history
    Project Manager
    I started as a project manager within the marketing department (responsible for campaign planning and execution, event management, media buying, budget development, social media marketing, consumer promotions, CSR support) and moved on to the CSR/Sustainability department full time in July 2015 which covers: - Project management - collaborate with CSR team to plan and execute sustainability strategies and activations - Coordinate all marketing activities for H&M’s sustainability programs in UK/IE in order to communicate and promote H&M UK&IE Corporate Responsibility initiatives externally and internally including budgeting and tracking engagement with target audience: o Develop and implement strategic communications plan in support of H&M’s CSR activities o Liaising and co-ordinate all CSR-related activities with the HQ and UK/IE Support Office, Sales Team, Stores and Area Teams o Implement and follow up of all campaign, events and activities o Liaise on a daily basis with Media agencies and external Media owners o Develop, edit, proofread and produce campaign materials designed to create awareness of H&M’s CSR activities and ensure that all content is aligned with H&M’s social and marketing voice o Work with press team and social media responsible to secure heightened visibility of corporate responsibility and environmental achievements o Invoice and budget follow up - Work collaboratively on all aspects of the H&M’s CSR social impact and brand partnership programs in UK/IE - Assist in managing partnerships with key external stakeholders including NGOs and leading CSR organizations - Develop market research and trend analysis across all CSR-related activities for regular team review - identify trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities in the CSR space, helping to increase H&M’s share of voice - Perform risk management and contracting - Engage and train employees in CSR initiatives - Participate in establishing, tracking, and monitoring H&M sustainability goals - Manage and coordinate sustainability efforts between H&M and local suppliers in order to gain CSR leadership commitment and support to integrate sustainability development into all business contracts and processes
