Brand ManagerSimba Sleep

I was responsible for the management of Simba’s largest brand campaigns:
#TryFor8 and Made For Peace. I developed and launched these TTL campaigns,
setting brand objectives, strategy, creative briefs and activation plans for UX,
print, PR, TV, digital and social.
I reported directly into the Marketing Director, developing all brand comms
strategies for country launches, brand BAU in UK, product and ATL activations.
I was responsible for day-to-day creative ideation, briefing the in-house design
team and external agencies, managing copywriters and overseeing the strategy
and production for brand assets across all channels.
I led the new weighted blanket product launch, including the naming, identity,
proposition and USPs.
I was in charge of developing data-driven marketing strategies and creative briefs
for all paid digital channels, including weekly sales and new BAU adverts.
I managed all social channels in the UK, all PR activity and all brand partnerships.
I have strong people management skills, including line managing a freelance
social media exec. I lead on briefing PR, creative, TV production, media and
influencer teams and agencies. I host regular company pitches & presentations.

I launched Simba’s dedicated sleep hotel, The Zed Rooms, managing print,
digital, social and press campaigns.
I supported Simba’s international expansion in Canada, developing strategy and
brand proposition. This involved leading creative briefing for all digital channels,
supporting TV, OOH and PR activation.
I assisted the creative briefing and production of all daily marketing assets,
from digital through to ATL. I was also responsible for all POS, retail assets &
brand experience.
I project managed Simba’s bi-monthly digital promos across the UK, France and
the Netherlands.
