Newangle is an independent creative digital agency that create engaging programmes across different media, from immersive video installations to interactive experiences including immersive bespoke arcade games.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing, delivering and monitoring development and production of various projects across a variety of audio-visual platforms including interactives, games, immersive films and animations. Some of the recent projects I worked on are a bespoke 3 player arcade game with a multi-screen video wall including a full show- control with lighting and smoke machine, a curved projected wall displaying an animated film about the Big Bang, a Kinect game where player can dress as an astronaut to go on a Space Walk and a Planetarium show.
• Managing project budgets (over £1 million) to ensure the work is completed on time (average 12 months contract) and within budget. On average each project would include between 40 to 150 digital exhibits.
• Managing client relationships by leading regular presentations and meetings in the UK and overseas.
• Acting as a cultural and language advisor for Middle Eastern projects.
• Advising on UI and UX design for dual language projects.
• Overseeing all aspects of the projects; research and copyright, filming and voice over recording and dual language script managements. Managing resources; recruiting full time staff and freelancers as I see fit to complete each project (2D/ 3D Designers, Programmers, Editors, Illustrators and Motion Graphic Designers).
• Preparing client briefs, delivering progress reports and contributing to progress meetings.
• Developing master schedules and deadlines to meet project milestones. • Attending project installations in the UK and overseas for final software
commissioning and sign off.
