Daily running of the office, general admin work such as answering the telephone and replenishing office supplies, filing, dealing with student queries and assisting the Directors wherever needed. Achievements: -Picking up the daily office routine quickly, as it was my first time working in another country. -Creating a new filing system for the office where the Directors and class instructors would easily be able to find what they were looking for whenever they needed it.

As Accommodation Assistant: I was responsible for greeting visitors, maintenance of reception area, liaising with contractors, suppliers and internally, filing, replying to emails and answering queries face to face and over the phone.
