Responsible for bringing to life Sony Mobile’s brand, products and services in all Sony Mobile’s digital channels (borrowed & owned). I develop the global digital media strategy for small and high level projects, where I create an omni-channel plan and follow up the entire process up to the implementation of content, making sure it meets the deadlines. Manage the creation of engaging and innovative content that is relevant and suitable for each digital channel. To be a project lead for the agencies, managing deliveries and setting KPIs. I manage the maintenance of the master content calendar, where all activations and campaigns are planned. I also own the relationship with local markets, stakeholders and third parties.
Responsible for the management of Sony Mobile’s global Social Media channels (Facebook, Twitter, G+, LinkeDin, Instagram & Youtube). From a strategic perspective, I planed ahead the role of the platforms, discovered new opportunities and researched better ways of promoting Sony Mobile in the appropriate channels. From an execution perspective, liaison with agencies in order to push high quality content live as well as drive cross functional relationships. Development & implementation of reach, engagement and advocacy initiatives supporting internal and external stakeholders. Finding conversations through community management and defining content requirements needed to drive reach across the global social media landscape. Delivered high quality activations toolkits for further amplification of the global content at the local markets channels. Managed the Content Calendar weekly, where I had the overview of all campaign activations as well as BAU posts.
Created and developed content for all Sony Mobile websites, liaising with site owners for each country. I provided UX solutions to improve consumer journey of our global and local visitors. I maintained the web pages according to strict brand guidelines with high attention to detail. I managed agencies and senior stakeholders when dealing with new projects such as new product launches, campaigns and Social Media activations on Dotcom. I developed a planning tool, in order to schedule all activations that came across the team, following publishing plans.
