About me
Check my portfolio: https://readymag.com/MarinaMariano/Portfolio/ I'm Marina, a 25 years-old freelance graphic designer with professional experience in luxury fashion and the visual field. While graduating in BA Fashion Marketing and Journalism (London Met), PG Cert in design for Visual Communication at LCC, University of the arts of London) and MA in Graphic Design (Elisava, Barcelona) I have always worked and built up my professional skills throughout different roles and responsibilities. With knowledge in international business and retail management, marketing and communications, print and online journalism, visual communication both print and digital, I am looking to find the perfect role that can fit as many of these fields in. Professional, loyal and adaptable to face-paced environments, I have a strong eye for detail and time management. I'm an excellent team worker with a strive for challenges that can boost both my personal and professional improvement. After living five years in London and one in Barcelona, I am currently based in my hometown (Sassari, Sardegna)but willing to move anywhere I can find a matching and exciting opportunity for my future.
Projects
  • 35mm is the way I see
35mm is the way I seePhotography is an unique way to capture a point of view, discovered by the human mind but also surprisingly more powerful than the mind itself. Film photography makes the process of stealing what would otherwise be a blurred, abstract dot somwhere behind our brain, a natural and pure process, somehow. Take out some colours, and you'll be able to see details that would have been lost between a lightwave and another.
