  • Work to ensure that all archive material (photographic negatives and paper) that has been selected for digitisation is suitable handed, preserved, repacked and returned to the Archive Store. -Using Archive tools: Bone folders, cleaning sponges, spatulas and paper fingers -Training on housing photographs and negatives in specific Melinex pockets -Removing delicate paper correspondence from existing folders and rehousing -Placing damaged material in Melinex sleeves to reduce further deterioration
