Work to ensure that all archive material (photographic negatives and paper) that has been selected for digitisation is suitable handed, preserved, repacked and returned to the Archive Store. -Using Archive tools: Bone folders, cleaning sponges, spatulas and paper fingers -Training on housing photographs and negatives in specific Melinex pockets -Removing delicate paper correspondence from existing folders and rehousing -Placing damaged material in Melinex sleeves to reduce further deterioration
Responsible for the planning, managing and coordinating of the Art Department: lookbooks' photoshoot and campaigns’ production (four collections a year), fashion editorials (two collections a year) and visuals for the website (www.kling.es) of a popiconic fashion brand for women. -Coordinated the communications between Sales, Art and Design departments -Supervised a 10 person team during preproduction, photoshooting and post production of lookbooks and print materials -Retouch, resize and upload 300 references (images) per collection to kling.es -Produced and edited the first four issues of Ruby Star Magazine (http://rubystar.es/) -Managing the photo-shoot and retouch in-house
Developed communication strategies, organised events and public relations for New Yorker (German fashion brand),Philip Morris, Brugal, Jameson and La Fábrica (wellknown Spanish cultural management company). -Managed the award ceremony and afterparty of ARCOBrugal 2008 and the 7th Edition of Jameson Notodofilmfest Awards -Coordinated a shortlist of 26 artists along with the curator and liaised 4 jury members for the ARCOBrugal 2008 Awards -Collated press coverage updates and kept records of published coverage
