About me
I am honest and approachable with a positive attitude, These interpersonal skills allow me to liaise confidently and effectively with people and also mean that I can network successfully. I am happy to, and regularly call upon previous colleagues and professional networks for cultural partnerships or inquiries relating to new projects. I am confident in the face of a challenge, I am quick to learn new processes and adapt to new surroundings. I am flexible, familiar with and confident in organising then executing work in ever-changing, deadline driven environments.
As well as running my first full marathon (Dundee) and reaching 14 000 feet on a mountaineering expedition in the Colorado Sangre de Cristo range this summer, I have contributed to a variety of events initiatives. This included joining the communications team for ‘TEDX Tottenham’ which will be held in November; working with an artist led community to create ‘Flowing Spirit’ festival in Berlin and event stewarding at Glastonbury Festival. These opportunities allow me to meet and share ideas with interesting people while gaining valuable experience community engagement practice.
