Initially hired as a Publicist and promoted to Senior Publicist in April 2017, based upon demonstrated initiative and ability. This high-profile client-facing role involved developing and implementing publicity campaigns for a vast array of clients across the arts and entertainment sector, including IMAX Darling Harbour, Sydney Fringe Comedy, Monkey Baa Theatre Company, Showtime Australia, Japanese Film Festival Australia and the Seymour Centre.
• Responsible for liaising directly with clients, writing press releases and media materials, creating specialised media lists, pitching to media, sourcing promotional partners, coordinating and attending interviews and photo shoots, managing opening nights and events, media monitoring and weekly client reporting.
• Consistently secured coverage with high-circulating and targeted media to assist ticket sales and to promote brand awareness for clients.
• Managed multiple retainer clients as well as short-term projects, which required working efficiently across several campaigns simultaneously and constantly revaluating priorities to ensure targets were met.
• Tasked with introducing the Kabuku Fringe program, an initiative designed to support and champion fringe and emerging artists. This involved creating campaign packages, sourcing new business, meeting with potential clients, managing campaigns, overseeing campaigns managed by Junior Publicists and managing the social media.
• Developed and maintained positive relationships with clients and media, acting as representative of Kabuku PR to promote a positive company image.

Established Rooftop Productions and created Six Windows the Web Series, from initial concept to development of individual episodes and scripts. As a Producer for Six Windows responsibilities included; organising and overseeing production meetings, communicating with crew and cast to ensure all objectives are met, managing the production budget, scheduling production dates and the overall management of production on set.
• Raised $20,000 over four weeks for Six Windows production, utilising the Indiegogo crowd funding website and a social media campaign across multiple platforms.
• Contracted and oversaw production department heads, ensuring a consistency of creative vision and uniformity of workflow across all aspects of the Six Windows web series.
• Coordinated over 90 cast members, including auditions, contracts, character development and rehearsals.
