Design Sprints and ‘jobs to be done’ workshops, I put real people at the heart of creative web and app development projects: • Captured the Christmas market for cosmetics brand Nails Inc, using natural language processing to create a personalised social gifting experience that outperformed their website conversion average by 13x • Picked up a Campaign Tech Award for the ‘Most Effective Use of AI’ by conceiving, designing and building a Facebook Messenger bot inspired by Netflix’s StrangerThings • Initiated the agency’s innovation sprint programme, Project Theta, where I led a team to research, design and prototype a suite of apps for democratising office music
