By combining brand planning with UX methods incl. Design Sprints and ‘jobs to be done’ workshops, I put real people at the heart of creative web and app development projects:
• Captured the Christmas market for cosmetics brand Nails Inc, using natural language processing to create a personalised social gifting experience that outperformed their website conversion average by 13x
• Picked up a Campaign Tech Award for the ‘Most Effective Use of AI’ by conceiving, designing and building a Facebook Messenger bot inspired by Netflix’s StrangerThings
• Initiated the agency’s innovation sprint programme, Project Theta, where I led a team to research, design and prototype a suite of apps for democratising office music

• Inspired creative teams with insight-led briefs, winning new business across Health & Beauty (Bepanthen, Niquitin, Frontline, Avon), FMCG (Bud Light, Richmond Sausages,Schweppes)and Tech (Dropbox,Intel, Motorola,HERE)
• Slashed primary research costs while improving output quality by managing the tenderprocessand negotiating a 10% supplier rebate
• Trained all teams on strategy, research and measurement, with tools incl. TGi, Google Analytics, Global Web Index, Brandwatch, Hitwise, NewsWhip and my own award-winninginsight framework,ROAR
• Won 3x awards for Microsoft, McVitie’s and Jacob’s, plus 4x additional shortliststhroughoutmy time at the agency
