• Devised and implemented a network-wide commissioning process to raise the quality of Made TV output, drive producers to create stronger and more saleable formats, and to guarantee greater commercial returns.

• Identified and grew talent, line managing a team of full-time staff and working with several freelancers to deliver the flagship daily magazine show (‘The Book It List’) as lead producer and presenter.
• Sourced prospects and guests, wrote scripts and storyboarded packages, and presented each nightly programme, delivered on tight deadlines.
• Managed production and station budgets, consistently delivering excellent output on time and within budget.
• Led the station’s social media engagement strategy to take its Twitter following to over 10,000 and its Facebook following to over 12,000 within six months of its launch.
• Wrote communications including press releases, programme proposals, and the company’s bids to Ofcom to win multiple licenses to broadcast across the UK before the network’s launch.
