About me
I am a very successful Sales Leader with 20 years of experience leading and developing teams to deliver great results. I am an experienced coach and mentor and use these skills to motivate my teams. I develop strategies to ensure that teams can deliver the goals required by the business. I lead from the front and love being on joint visits with my team to help them improve their customer facing skills. From 2013 until September 2016 I worked as a consultant with an IT Distributor and 2 startups in the UK. My role was to grow the businesses through sales and marketing. Most recently at Telefonix I have grown the team and driven them to hit 140% of target. I have a genuine reason for leaving and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss.
