Amongst the others, I worked on a cultural shift project that allowed a large grocery retailer adopt decision making approaches based on solid data analysis that provides insights on customer behavior, and on a project on the re-design of the customer journey for an Italian retailer. I've also facilitated and participated in Design Thinking workshops.

- Contributed to the organization of the workshop “Protect the Earth, Dignify Humanity” during which UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Pope Francis met (28 April 2015)

- Contacted high profile guests (Mayors. Local Governors, Ambassadors) and provided them with the necessary information
