o Stores replenishment of 102 Lifestyle retail stores within Europe.
o Execution of new monthly floorset allocations based on stores’ clusters, capacities and trade. Presentation to the Planning Director, Buying and Branch Planning.
o Markdown allocations following sale strategy and stores’ clusters build.
o Daily liaising with Logistics Team for inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Analysis of merchandise performance and stock position in retail stores and initiation of actions to maximise sales based on trade.
• Inventory control to manage stock movements in the warehouse.
• Daily collaboration with buyers to plan and execute product ranges.
• Interdepartmental collaboration including Operations and Visual Merchandising to ensure correct display of merchandise.
• Training and supervision of junior allocators.
• Execution of weekly reports to maximise sales such as class performance, floorsets analysis, out of stock report, Top 50 styles performance and department overview summary for the Planning Team, Directors and Regional Representatives.
