• Shoes & Apparel merchandise distribution: o Stores replenishment of 102 Lifestyle retail stores within Europe. o Execution of new monthly floorset allocations based on stores’ clusters, capacities and trade. Presentation to the Planning Director, Buying and Branch Planning. o Markdown allocations following sale strategy and stores’ clusters build. o Daily liaising with Logistics Team for inbound and outbound stock movements. • Analysis of merchandise performance and stock position in retail stores and initiation of actions to maximise sales based on trade. • Inventory control to manage stock movements in the warehouse. • Daily collaboration with buyers to plan and execute product ranges. • Interdepartmental collaboration including Operations and Visual Merchandising to ensure correct display of merchandise. • Training and supervision of junior allocators. • Execution of weekly reports to maximise sales such as class performance, floorsets analysis, out of stock report, Top 50 styles performance and department overview summary for the Planning Team, Directors and Regional Representatives.
• Analysis of licensee business across 60 retail stores in the European market on a weekly basis: o Licensee allocations and placing orders directly from external partners. New season initial allocations based on stores´ space and grade. o Completion of licensees´ sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
• Coordination of 7 new store openings in the European Market with a turnover over €6m. o Branch opening package based on sales plan and space o Line list creation of the merchandise going to the stores o Ensure with Logistics and warehouse that merchandise is available and arrives to the store o Collaboration with buying, visual merchandising, operations teams and licensees • Completion of sales, performance and stock levels reports such as daily sales, warehouse report and focus reports for the Planning Team, Store Managers and Directors. • Planning store allocations, transfers and stock replenishment based on performance. • Regular store visits with focus on stock levels, product mixes and productivity. • Wardrobing allocations across Lifestyle and Outlet stores for retail team members. • Only cross-functional Allocator for New Store openings, Lifestyle and Outlet stores.
• Coordination of 20 clienteling events for different campaigns in the European market. • Performance analysis of clienteling events in stores and ROI maximisation. Contribution of €10k on spend savings. • Market Research about the cities of the new store openings to understand the market. Partnerships management with hotels, clubs and other associates. • Monitoring competitor activity by visiting stores, attending events and track communication actions.
