  • Achievements: ? ? Intern program – I implemented internship programs for both divisions of the company, UNIT9 and UNIT9 FILMS. Since engaging this programme we now have gone on to successfully hire 3 interns as full time members of staff. ? Established a more vibrant office culture – by introducing and overseeing the smooth running of “Pizza Friday” and Friday beers. This has contributed to a harmonious working environment giving different teams socialise within a work environment; improving communication and team cohesion. ? Office relocation – heavily involved in the logistical challenges involved with the relocation of a large division of unit 9. Including but not limited to liaising with both directors of the company external contractors and designers to deliver the project on time and within budget. I was also responsible for the physical office move ensuring it was completed in a timely fashion without hindering the production of the team ? Shadowed the former Head of New Business Manager Sarah Cutler - I help her booking meetings, travel and formatting pitches. I really enjoyed helping her and wanted to get more involved in what she was working on. As the first point of contact for all enquiries at UNIT9, I take an active role in new business by building up relationships with agencies and clients via email and telephone
