Responsible for organising sold-out shows in EU, USA, LATAM and SEA supported by MyMusicTaste's strong platform user database. Key tasks: - Monitoring metrics such as reach, engagement and growth over time on the artist’s social media channels; - Calculating profit and loss before booking any artist; - Preparing tour logistics (overall schedule, merchandise, customer service, promotions); - Managing global network (liaising with local partners and fan bases); - Overseeing tech production; - Dealing with sponsors (making sure we have the right brands sponsoring our concerts); - Preparing Hospitality (airport, hotel, transportation, catering, stage and backstage)
Worked alongside the Marketing team to refreshed the brand awareness of what became the most successful startup in Portugal. Examples of initiatives: - Launch the first Bathstage Festival in a student residency, where bands played inside bathrooms; - Website redesign proposal; - Interview landlords from five different cities about their experience using Uniplaces; - Video and print design work to promote Uniplaces Scholarship.
