Planning – Movies/Series Business Process Reengineering Social Media Strategy Marketing Plan - 360 Recruitment & Selection New Channel launches Website rebranding
- Project managed the delivery of programming elements for the launch of 3 HD Channels for the Russia/CIS territory Premium, Megahit & Comedy HD to Oct 2012 deadline. Liaising with key stakeholders Acquisitions, Marketing, Traffic & Transmission to align information pipeline from Programming - Created seasons and managed programming initiatives that took TV1000 East to No.1 in the Russian Pay TV Market in 2011 consistently since June ’11 - 2012. (Currently no.2 in whole of Russia PTV) - Content lead on programming strategy for Russia Viaplay VOD service launch April 2012. Successfully transitioning of linear rights content over to new SVOD service, liaising with all key project stakeholders during this process as project lead. Then the relaunch of the Viaplay Russia product as a standalone TVOD service in 2015.
- Successful re-brand of Hallmark Turkey / Hungary channels – Universal Channel & Syfy brands 2009. - Planning / strategy across 3 international broadcast feeds. Turkey, Hungary, Israel - Executed simultaneous international launches of co-production content with US parent channel for Rookie Blue & Haven. - Liaising with Programme Acquisitions to keep forward planning of movies and series within budgetary parameters for each territory whilst also considering yoy growth projectory.
- Responsible for the relaunch schedules of Sky Movies Sci-fi & Horror channel as a genre channel; notably the Star Wars Vs Star Trek Month activity which doubled viewing share for the channel. - Monitoring and reporting on ratings fluctuations post launch to senior management and reacting proactively to this data by coming up with creative promotional stunts / seasons to increase ratings volume.
Run and monitor daily reports, ensuring campaigns have been correctly set up by sales and that policy is adhered to wherever possible. •Monitor credits and deficits month by month and year to date. Liaise with sales teams to ensure trading balances are ok and to work together to balance these evenly across sales portfolios. • Maximising inventory in regards to conversions and efficiencies • Book late monies into Sky Ent peak according to monthly delivery levels. • Check channel optimisation and move spots where required. • To be aware of any programme schedule changes across channels especially those that occur within Sky Ent peak that may affect core allocation and those within any premium sport.
- Created and signed off content schedules for the two highest grossing product ranges on bidup tv & pricedrop tv. - Worked on the online launches of bidup.tv & pricedrop.tv creating launch stunts which increased online traffic of bidders & click through on the sites.
