• Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and growth of additional business

• Work closely with the Commercial Director on the strategic direction and vision for the unit
• Contribute to new business proposals and presentations as required
• Inform and update management teams of current and future requirements of clients
• Grow a network of industry contacts is key
Business Operations
• Project manage key projects in the region
• Ensure all projects are consistent in their approach to project and event management procedures and processes
• Provide regular reporting to UK Operations board on the status of all projects
• Ensure all project budgets are up-to-date and accurate
• Provide input on how projects could improve profitability and achieve company goals
• Monitor region resource needs and capacity and provide information to the company boards
• Client relations on operations and events
• Monitor operations for each project in the region, ensuring all projects are successfully delivered
• Ensure documentation is provided for each new project or role within the region
• Prepare reports for unit meetings
• Assisting and driving use of company operations tools
General
• Line management of project managers and operations staff as required
• Overseeing recruitment of operational staff as required
• Identifying training needs and requirements for operational staff
