Triptease is a SaaS travel company that builds digital tools that create better experiences and relationships between hotels and guests. My job in the company was to identify suitable hotels and to build relationships with them. I had responsibility for booking and holding both face to face and cyber meetings for myself and the rest of the sales team; organising the logistics for international events; networking at major international conferences, for example, ILTM (Cannes) and ITB (Berlin); writing and proof reading promotional material; office administration. The work in the office necessarily involved spending a great deal of time on the phone and in building and using spreadsheets. During my time at Triptease I closed the biggest deal in the history of the company (despite being the youngest employee). I also successfully completed the ISMM training courses: 'Sales Fundamentals', 'Ethical Negotiation Skills' and 'High Impact Presenting'.
A holistic music course including Creative Music Technology, Music Theory and Performance that enabled me to specialise in Music & Critical Thinking, Modern Music and Film Music.
