Maša is an independent professional designer working in field of product design, interior design, visual communication and design research. As a part of Manufakturist design studio, works on new productions creating new typologies and collections. As an individual designer, collaborates with various designers on self-initiated projects, but also with clients in cultural (Museum of Contemporary art) and science sector (Technical Museum in Zagreb). In her work she insists on progressive design thinking as well as fresh, practical problem solving.
Maša graduated at Zagreb School of Design, as an industrial designer. She became a member of Croatian designers association in 2012 and she has been admitted to Croatian Freelance Artists association as a professional freelance designer. Her work has been displayed at significant exhibitions, such as Ljubljana Biennial exhibition BIO 23 and Istanbul Design Biennial 2014, Exhibition of Croatian design (09/10, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16), international Qubique fair (Berlin 2011), Milano Salone Sattelite 2011, Milano Design Fair 2012, and on some of best international design events (ViennaDesign week, Paris Design Week, Sofia Design Week, Belgrade Design Week, SkopjeDesign Week, Dan D Zagreb). Along with her coworkers Dora Đurkesac and Mia Bogovac, their product Porthos (tray table) has been selected as one of the best regional product designs in Young Balkan Designers 2011 selection.
In addition to the production of her own work and self-initiated projects, in collaboration with the Technical Museum of Zagreb, she designs exhibition setup (Branko Vlahović — Retrospective, East of Eden — Jugoton). Together with Manufakturist works on the design and layout of the international traveling exhibition City — Data— Future, an exhibition under the initiative of the Art Academy in Split. In collaboration with Dora Đurkesac, participates in the project Light in places with a light intervention Upper town tales, with the aim of reviving the Zagreb's Upper Town urban spaces. Also, working on conception and production of collaborative projects with designers, artists and architects. Active in the field of product design, visual communication design, as well as commissioned projects design services and interior design. Maša worked as a designer in the 3LHD architecture and urban planning studio from 2014 to 2016, in an Interior design team. In December 2015, Maša was appointed as author of curatorial concept of Croatian design presentation at inaugural LondonDesign Biennale. Project "Utopian collective" was presented in September 2016, in Somerset House, along with 37 national participations.
In March 2017, Maša was appointed as the president of Croatian designers association.
