Do you really want to delete project Design of a website builder (CMS)?
Do you really want to delete project Design of an onboarding strategy and user portal?
Do you really want to delete project Design of a streaming platform?
I have an extremely diverse background, so I guess the best way to describe is "full strack designer", or "multifaceted designer". But how it all started? The beginning Moved by both a passion for science and art, I started my design story by studying Architecture. After that I realised two things: (1)what I really liked was actually a design scale at closer contact with the end user; (2)I really liked international environments. So I moved to the Netherlands where I competed my studies in Industrial Design Engineering. What was really important for me (and still is today) is designing something meaningful to people, so I further specialised in design for healthcare. The startup experience After that I joined a startup aiming at bringing innovative technologies to East Africa being in charge of technology and communication. Though the project didn't continue, I learned a lot about starting a business idea, but also in creating and managing websites and a web presence. The UX begins Packed with experience in product development, business strategy, web design and branding I joined a company in Brussels where I introduced the figure of UX. While managing another person I created digital products for internal use (eg a website builder), but also managed the company brand identity and client's brand presence on our platform. The UX continues Three years later I decided to give a new twist to my life and move to the UX (continental) European capital: London. Here I joined an amazing Design team in an energy company where I'm further refining some of my skills (eg in research) before the next big step in my life and career.
As a UX Designer within the Product Design team, I help build journeys and digital products that empower customers in a way that is unprecedented in the energy market. I work using the Agile Methodology and collaborate closely with other UX Designers, Visual Designers, Product Managers and Developers. My typical tasks/responsibilities and deliverables include: - Usability analysis - User tests - User research (analysis of customer insights, in-depth interviews...) - Digital products redesign - Wireframing - Prototyping - Running creative workshops - Creation of Personas - Quality assurance ...
In this role I was in charge of the company’s services in terms of UX, Branding and Innovation (e.g. transition to a mobile centric approach). I managed another designer, consulted with digital experts and coordinated related outsourced services (e.g. development). Design Projects I run included: - Design of a Web Application (i.e. the CMS for an in-house website builder). - Re-design of the Registration Process and User Portal (to be used by 150K+ users). - Design of a Template for Websites Hosting Events in Streaming. - Design of a mobile friendly Streaming Platform for Online Events. - Definition of the company Brand Experience. - Definition and creation of marketing materials and sales tools. - Creation of a promotional video. My typical Tasks and Responsibilities Included: - Periodical Usability Analysis of the web services (e.g. with Google Analytics). - Creation of Manuals and User Guides for clients. - Training of Employees (e.g. HTML, internal tools...). - Company website's content and style update. - Brand Presence Management for more than 60 blue chip clients.
