Massimo Miliucci is a Rome,Italy born graphic designer and illustrator living and working in London, UK. Massimo studied in the European Institute of Design, under the direction of teachers as Stefano Luceri,Massimiliano Padovan and Sergio Alberini graduating in 2011 with a BA in Digital and Virtual Design. Massimo Miliucci continued his studies and he specialized on branding,typography,logos and artwork design. Massimo Miliucci works as graphic design freelancer since 2010 his style is modern,minimal and clear. He has a real strong passion for photography,photo-retouching,luxury fashion,printing and classic swiss and italian graphic design.
- Working with an high variety of different customers - Working closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to enforce the brand producing sketches and prints to communicate ideas to the team. - Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at before presenting ideas to clients; - Pitching ideas to clients; - Briefing other members of the creative team; commissioning photographers, artists or film-makers to work on projects - Visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots - Working on location - Attending meetings at production houses and with the working team. - Working in editing suites to oversee the finished product - Concept, create and deliver strong graphic design solutions to support and promote the brand in events and shops - Maintain and elevate brand aesthetic across all touch-points - Present concepts in group settings and be a major contributor to group brainstorms - Prepare, package and spec files for print. - Additional design projects as needed, including but not limited to: product photography, mock ups and education materials. - Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job - Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose; - Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients; developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research - Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time; - Working with a wide range of media, including photography and fine arts sketches to produce accurate and high-quality work; - Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief - Illustrative skills with rough sketches; - Working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print; - keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, CSS3, HTML5 and Dreamweaver. - Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
As a part of the Help Desk Team, I am responsible for delivering support to users. The target is to record incidents and resolve them respecting the SLA standards. • First/Second level support for Microsoft Office software (Outlook - Word) and hardware incidents. • First level support for telecom and network incidents. • First level support for incidents related to in-house applications • Handling IT incidents and requests received via telephone, email or Help Desk application (TrackIt). • Incident logging through the Help Desk application (OVSD) and managing/prioritizing workload. • Remote user administration. • SAP P36 - P42 1st Level support ( password reset ) • Handling Damovo orders • VNC remote customer assistance • UNIX 1st level support • Citrix 1st level support • Active Directory 1st Level Support & password reset
