Hi!
my name is Matilde Sousa, I am a 24 year old fashion photographer. I am from Lisbon, Portugal.
In late 2016 I graduated in Marketing and Advertising with a specialization in Marketing.
Apart from that I can speak three languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish and I also can understand the basic French and Italian.
My work experience is essentially in sales, more specifically in fashion stores companies such as Inditex and Benetton. While I was working there my responsibilities were sales, store management, product replacement, intensive contact with customers and team coordination.
I also worked at Lis&Tag company as an event/tourist hostess and a promoter, working mainly in hotels dealing with clients, from all over the world.
At the beginning of 2017 I moved to Switzerland and worked in an art gallery where I was responsible to provide all the information about the artists that we had on and also I was responsible for the photos on the online platform.
Since my passion has always been fashion I decided this year to change what I want to do in life: Fashion Photographer.
In order to develop my skills and keep up with the industry I started a fashion platform two years ago, where I gather the latest information about the industry such as fashion campaigns, editorials and fashion shows.
Since Switzerland I took a Fashion Photography course at Central Saint Martins and came back to my country to create my professional website (link below) and produce editorials with several model agency`s.
I am a hard worker, fast learner and a very ambitious person who is beginning in this industry and looking forward to start working.

This undergraduate was taken in the most prestigious Marketing and communications public School in Portugal. The first two years were focused on improving my marketing, advertising and communications technics and the last two years were focused in a specialisation in marketing. This undergraduate gave me skills to understand a brand from the costumer and the company point of view and how to grow and adopt strategies in different kinds of markets.
