• Resolving any financial queries that arise.
• Involvement in the development, updating and monitoring of business and action plans.
• Marketing the gallery by use of Social Media.
• Assisting the Owner of the gallery with support tasks.
• Implemented business improvement plans which included management information reporting which affected cleaning/staff rotas, checklists, stock takes, maintenance schedules and management reporting dashboards (Daniel Laurence Home & Garden).
